(I also took a look at you're hours played, bet most of that is from just downloading the game and the updates) Now you can make and download custom skins/cammo for the planes, inprove crew skills (which helps a ton if invested the right way) even make new maps with the CDK program that they give you for free. Now for the config file, you can not edit this with the game and still have it work right (i've tried to do this for a easy setup if I need to reinstall the game). Non will work with the game I know people who have tried and got ripped off or had a IP ban from the game in less then 5 mins. Anyone that buys a so called aimbot for war thunder is wasting there money and time. If you want to see what real cheaters look like play Pay Day: The Heist (1st one) there is almost nothing but hackers/cheaters on there many with aimbots.

Now there is lag time, packet loss and many other things to take into mind when playing that may look like people are cheating or using an aimbot. There servers ban people as soon as there getting above a 70-90% hit rate. As for cheating with aimbots there is little to no chance of that happening unless you play in custom games only. Now you can buy DLC and planes/tanks with gold like most other free to play based games. Its a free to play game, there for you can't buy it.
